RSS Merchants does not warehouse or ship products and does not control vendor inventory or logistics.

Because each vendor operates independently:

  • Shipping times vary from vendor to vendor.
  • Delivery estimates are provided by the vendor and are not guarantees from RSS Merchants.
  • Processing times (time to prepare an order before shipment) may differ depending on the product, location, and vendor capacity.

Customers should review the vendor’s specific shipping terms before placing an order.

3. Shipping Costs
  • Shipping fees are set by the vendor based on their shipping methods, carrier rates, and destination.
  • The platform displays shipping costs during checkout.
  • Some vendors may offer free or discounted shipping at their discretion.

4. Multiple Vendor Orders

RSS Merchants is not liable for any delays or lost shipments but may assist in guiding customers toward resolving issues with the vendor.

7. Incorrect or Lost Shipments

If an order is:

  • Lost,
  • Delivered to the wrong address, or
  • Damaged in transit,

Customers must contact the vendor directly to resolve the issue.

Vendors are required to assist customers and comply with applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Vendor Non-Compliance

Vendors who fail to:

  • Ship products in a timely manner,
  • Provide accurate shipping information, or
  • Resolve shipping-related complaints,

may face warnings, suspension, or account termination on RSS Merchants.

9. Shipping Policy Changes

RSS Merchants may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Updates will become effective immediately upon posting on the platform.
